Chris Evans has added more than one million listeners to the BBC Radio 2 Breakfast Show since he replaced Sir Terry Wogan.
His daily show now attracts a record 9.5m listeners a week, according to the figures from industry body Rajar.

BBC 6 Music has boosted its audience by 50% to more than 1m listeners a week after coming under threat of closure.

More people are tuning into radio than at any time since the current system of measuring listener numbers began.

TV Licensing enquiry officers are about to step up their visits in Liverpool.
TV Licensing is working with a range of organisations in Liverpool to ensure that people are aware of when they legally need a TV Licence. This coincides with additional visiting and an information and awareness campaign taking place in the area during April and May.

The Royal Marines Reserve Merseyside are to march through Liverpool, this Saturday, before being granted the city's top honour.
The unit will be admitted to the Freedom Roll of Associations and Institutions of the City of Liverpool and will exercise their new freedom with a march from Chapel Street, along The Strand, James Street, Castle Flags, Exchange Street West and on to Exchange Flags from 11.30am.

British money exchange offices have stopped selling 500 euro banknotes after police discovered the notes were being used almost exclusively by criminal gangs, drug dealers and money launderers.
The action does not mean the banknote is banned in Britain -- tourists will be able to sell them if they bring them into the country -- but it will not be possible to buy them from exchange offices.
