Football Legends take World Cup to Manchester

IF you're not lucky enough to be jetting off to South Africa for the World Cup, don't worry- we're bring the World Cup to you, complete with footballing legends and food. Lots of food.

If you want to cheer on the England squad in style, join us and some of England's most treasured ex-players at three exclusive World Cup Events...

On Friday 7 May, 12noon-3pm, the World Cup Heroes Lunch will be taking place at The Lowry Hotel. Ex-international, World Cup winner and dancing legend Nobby Stiles, and the original ‘safe hands’ Peter Shilton will sit along side one of the best wingers in the history of football, John Barnes, at this World Cup Heroes lunch. You can buy a standard ticket for £65 + VAT or round up your mates and book a table of 10 for £600 + VAT. Tickets include a three course lunch and entertainment.

Then, on Friday 18 June, 5.30pm-10pm, you're invited to join former Manchester United player and England captain, Gary Pallister, plus a panel of expert guests at Copperface Jacks for the private live screening of England vs Algeria. Hot buffet food will be available to guests before the screening at 7.30pm. Join Gary and fellow England supporters for just £35 + VAT per person. Tickets include hot buffet and screening.

The following week, on Wednesday 23 June, 1pm-6pm, England will be taking on Slovenia. This time you can enjoy all the afternoon action complete with a three course lunch at The Palace Hotel, before kick off at 3pm. Former players, Lee Sharp and Nicky Summerbee will join you in cheering on England. Purchase a ticket for just £50 + VAT per person. Tickets include a three course lunch and screening.

This is your only chance to enjoy the beautiful game with some of the players who made it beautiful. Tickets for all three of these events are limited so book now to avoid having to watch the world Cup in an over-crowded pub that has run out of pies.
