British Military Fitness, otherwise known as BMF, not only gets you in shape but also awakens your mind, getting you out in the fresh air amongst meet new people.
BMF is all about the professionalism of armed forces instructors. They are experts at motivating people and getting the best out of them, and they also have a great sense of humour. Military fitness classes are approximately one hour long and consist of paired exercises, circuits, some running and team games. However, no two classes or instructors are the same and this ensures members get plenty of variety during their time with BMF.
BMF is no ‘boot camp’ either. Fostering an atmosphere of encouragement, people within the group will achieve their best. Classes offer a refreshing change from exercising alone or in an indoor gym environment. Best of all, the first class is totally free.
