Who scores from here in the new Good Food Guide?

HESTON Blumenthal's Fat Duck is still the UK's best restaurant, according to The Good Food Guide 2012.

Fraiche creations at no 24Fraiche creations at no 24The three-Michelin-starred restaurant in Bray retained its perfect score of 10 out of 10, while L'Enclume in Cartmel, South Lakes, which was memorabley visited by Steve Coogan and Rob Brydon in The Trip, comes in second place.

 Closer to home. Marc Wilkinson's Fraiche in Oxton,  reviewed here, managed to make it into the top half of the list, while Simon Radley at the Chester Grovsenor occupied the no 43 position.

Some shining stars there but the Ledbury should have been higher if only for routing the mob with their precious kitchen tools which I sincerely hope were'nt damaged on the sculls of the robbers and thieves!
