Great British food served with style

Sitting on the corner of Palmyra Square, overlooking the Queens gardens, the Grill offers Great British food and a relaxed atmosphere in a comfortable setting.

The restaurant is a stylish place for dining or a casual coffee, day or night. The bar, also open all day, is perfect for a cocktail with friends.

Our menu offers British favourites with a twist. We use only the highest quality ingredients, and create the type of food that makes us happy – classic dishes, freshly prepared, with a touch of style that makes them our own..

Early Dining Menu
2 courses for £11.95, available Monday to Saturday from 3pm until 7pm

Express Lunch
£4.95, available Monday to Saturday from 12noon until 3pm, only at the bar.

Gourmet Lunch
2 courses for£8.95, available Monday to Saturday from 12 noon until 3pm.

For The Lads
Bucket of 5 beers £10, Choice of Becks, Budweiser or Kronenbourg. Available Sunday to Thursday all day, only at the bar.

For The Ladies
Buy two glasses of house wine and get the rest of the bottle for free. Available Sunday to Thursday all day, only at the bar.

Charles & Adam

Grill on the Square is owned by Charles Dobosz and Adam Smith who met at Michael Caines Abode, Manchester where Charles was restaurant manager and Adam was senior sous chef.

Charles began his career in France working for the likes of Guy Savoy before moving to Warrington and taking his post at The Park Royal then at Tom at 101. Adam started his career working for the Almond Family Pubs in Manchester and Cheshire before spells at Harvey Nichols and the one Michelin star Chester Grosvenor Hotel, then moving to Manchester to open Michael Caines Abode.
