Sport Relief and Manchester United Foundation have put together a May musical extravaganza which is perfect for a family day out. Chart-topping pop acts, Tinchy Stryder, The Saturdays and The Hoosiers, will be performing for United Relief Live: The Big Red Family Day Out at Old Trafford on Saturday 1 May 2010.

The ultimate family day out will be raising money to fund the crucial work of Sport Relief and Manchester United Foundation. There will also be a charity football match with some players you may recognise...

Ronan Keating, Austin Healey and Manchester United ‘99 treble-winning hero, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, have all been announced to play. Other Manchester United legends set to take part in the Manchester United XI versus The Rivals, include Lee Sharpe, Andy Cole and Dwight Yorke. The footballing aces will be joined by Manchester United celebrity supporters including Darren Campbell, Olly Murs, Max Beesley, Ricky Whittle and Keith Duffy. Tackling some of their greatest rivals is opposing squad, The Rivals, featuring former England stars Peter Beardsley and Des Walker as well as celebrities including Tim Lovejoy and Jason Manford.

Dwight Yorke said: "Not only will it be a fantastically fun event but you can feel proud of raising money to help poor and disadvantaged people living unimaginably tough lives across the UK and in some of the world’s poorest countries”.

Each squad comprises 16 celebrities and World Cup greats. Kirsty Gallagher and Anita Rani will bring all the action from the sideline, delivering a live analysis to a 60,000 strong crowd. Britain’s Got Talent’s dance troop, Flawless, will also be performing at half-time.

Tickets are priced from £15 for adults, £5 for children and are on sale now at www.manutd.com or 0161 868 8000. Premium tickets with access to a suite where you can buy food and drink, are also available at £20 for adults and £7.50 for children. Executive boxes are also available on request.
