Make it your business

Inspiring figures from the business world will be sharing advice at this year’s free Business North West conference and exhibition at Manchester Central.

As part of a packed two day programme, Michelle Dewberry, winner of The Apprentice 2006, will share her experiences as a successful businesswoman. She joins Doug Richard, straight out the Dragon’s Den, who has 20 years’ practice in the development and leadership of technology and software ventures.

Scott Hider, event director at Business North West, said: “We are absolutely delighted with this year’s line-up. It promises to be entertaining, educational: and all speakers will ensure audience members leave feeling inspired. Visitors will gain a valuable insight and they will be able to take ideas away to build up their own business aspirations.”

Dan Germain, Head of Creative at Innocent Drinks, Clive Grinyer, Director of Product Design at Orange France Telecom, and Chris Moss, Chairman of 118 118 Europe are all also appearing at the show to provide insights into their successful business lives. Creator of smash hit TV shows Grange Hill and Hollyoaks, Phil Redmond, Nigel Newman of the Edward de Bono Foundation (UK) and Rogue Trader Nick Leeson complete the speaker line-up.

Business North West will be running from 21-22 November at Manchester Central. All of the speakers will appear in the Innovation Lounge. For more information about Business North West and to register for the free event, please go to www.businessnorthwest.co.uk
