Chorlton eatery and drinkery Electrik has announced its next guest chef for Guestrant. This time it's the turn of Peter Booth.
Diners gather round communal tables to feast on the best of their cooking – enjoying the chat and the chance to try something a little bit special from a renowned chef.
He's the fellow behind the wonder that is the café in the Whitworth Gallery and Gabriels Kitchen. He's won awards, accolades and rave reviews by the lorry load (including from this website) and he cooks with only the freshest, best and ethically-sourced food stuffs.
So you can expect a treat – innovative, tantalising dishes from local ingredients with international style.
Guestrant is a monthly event where a guest chef does a one-night-only stint in the Electrik kitchen. Diners gather round communal tables to feast on the best of their cooking – enjoying the chat and the chance to try something a little bit special from a renowned chef.
Past Guestrant chefs have included Rob Owen Brown, Mary-Ellen McTague and Laurence Tottingham from Aumbry, and Ning's Norman Musa.
The Peter Booth Guestrant is happening on Monday 25 October from 7.30pm and it's £25 in advance (for a three course meal with vegetarian options available). Tickets sell out – get yours asap from Electrik by emailing info@electrikbar.co.uk.
