Haydock Park Racecourse have signed up Hot Chocolate and INXS to get Saturday nights rocking this summer.
The gigs are part of the racecourse's Summer Music Nights and take place after evening racing. They have proved very popular with Haydock Park punters in the past and 2007 is set to be no exception.
Next Saturday (April 28) is the first event and it's time to get those glittery trousers and afro wigs out for Boogie Nights.
Boogie Nights will take racecourse visitors back in time to when platform shoes, mirror balls and flares were first hip. The band perform classic disco hits, featuring music from artists like Earth Wind And Fire, Kool And The Gang, The Jacksons and the Bee Gees.
The opening music night on Saturday 28 April is also the first fixture of the flat racing season at the course, with the first race at 5.45pm. The last is at 8.15pm, after which Boogie Nights comes on stage.
We have two pairs of tickets for the County Enclosure, worth £54 each, to give away, but you can get others cheaper by clicking here. www.haydock-park.co.uk/racing/fixtures.jsp
This competition has now closed. Congratulations to Donna Hanrahan and Richard Dickinson
