The new Executive Chef, Gerard Hogan, has joined The Haymarket Restaurant & Bar after a successful stint as Head Chef at some of Liverpool’s more prestigious establishments including The Courtyard and Beechers Brook.
Gerard uses locally sourced produce and is passionate about the quality of his ingredients. He is a classically trained chef who honed his skills while living and working in France.
Using his experience to produce a menu which elevates the traditional steak & seafood restaurant to new levels.
