The Ceylon Spice Company run a cookery couse on the last Sunday of every month. The course includes all the ingredients, lunch with wine, a booklet with the recipes in and a glossary of all the spices used and where to find them in the Liverpool area. Hell they even let you keep the apron. On top of that you also get expert one on one tuition with Samantha Brown who also co owns the restaurant.
