On December 15, following a sell-out event earlier this year, controversial satirist, acclaimed writer, director and cult comedy icon Chris Morris will be visiting Cornerhouse to answer questions following a screening of his debut feature film, Four Lions - one of our most popular films of 2010.
A group of British jihadists’ dreams of glory are hampered by ideological clashes, as well as idiocy and ineptitude. An engaging comedy from the director of Brass Eye and writers of Peep Show, which effectively utilises farce to illuminate modern terrorism.
Four Lions associate producers Faisal A. Qureshi and Afi Khan, and costume designer Charlotte Walter will also take part in this Q&A session, and Confidential readers can be there too.
This event forms part of BAFTA’s UK-wide learning and events programme, giving audiences across the country access behind the screens of the film, TV and video games industries.
