Published on December 3rd 2008.

Adams, the very stylish kidswear chain, which caters for 0-10 year olds, opened a new store in Liverpool One last Friday. To celebratethey are offering to smarten up two children for Christmas with the help of a £50 shopping voucher each.

Proving that the credit crunch blues aren't here quite yet, the tills broke records for the most sales in the first hour of any of Adams’ new stores across the UK. Furthermore, around 30 have been opened within the past month alone, proving that when it comes to nattily-turned-out children, Liverpool has the lead.

But in case anyone needed it, stylists from the high street retailer were on hand to give all little fashionistas advice on choosing the perfect winter wardrobe. (This is eight-year-old Millicent Lawlor from Halewood in the picture). Customers were also given free shopping vouchers and eco-friendly shopping bags from the 3,800 sq ft store whose opening has created 25 jobs.

Anyway, if you missed all that, there is still good news: So pleased were the people at Adams by all this that they want to share the wealth, and are offering to kit two children out for the Yule with the help of a £50 shopping voucher each. That's heaps of trendy clobber!
